So I put $10 into my Steam Wallet. I then open Transformice and try to buy fraises but when I clicked on it nothing happened. I know this is happening to a few people, but I hope this gets fixed soon!!

I payed selected the fraisies i wanted to buy thru paypal but it said i had cookies blocked (I DIDN'T!) then i refreshed the cookies and started the purchase over again but now when I click my amout of fraisies... nothing happens! I left it alone for a few days came back and tried the purchase again. Paypal said i had cookies blocked i restarted again and it did the exact same thing!!! I am very angry, please help!

you have to wait half an hour or an hour to pay for fraises again, but unblock your cookies first

This sounds like an issue you have with Paypal, have you tried reaching their support?

Where exactly do you select this? Are you trying to pay through Allopass or are you trying to top up your paypal balance?

I tried to buy fraises but it said "This card cannot be used for this payment. Please try a different card" (something like that) and I tried with MasterCard, Visa and American Express at least 5 times each card.. I also tried it with the "Calling" option but it says that the number isn't available.. I have tried on 2 different computers and it always said the same thing.
What should I do?

Thanks for posting back. It sounds like there's a problem with Allopass, since others from your region also have expressed having difficulties using their cards.

Your message is very unclear... can you answer the questions at the end of the first post? Then maybe I understand what's going on.

For people having issues using cards with Allopass, Atelier801 has contacted Allopass about this and we expect they'll be looking into it. Hopefully they'll fix it soon but it's out of our hands.

I bought fraises. Then I Went to shop and bought the trumpet ball thing for 50 fraises. I never rechived the item but I lost the fraises. I reported this, nothing happend (ive also checked for the item later but no ive never gotten it). This was a quite while ago (more than two weeks probably around a month). A little Before writing this, I gifted a player named Lezbez a applecanoon. She rechieved the message that she got the item, I got her thank you card but she never rly got the item, and yes, she knows whatt item it was. Also if this helps,when i bought fraises some of the tries failed and i had to do it again, but Luckily i lost no Money without getting them.

idk which web browser i got both firefox and internet Explorer but i Think internet Explorer is the main one.
im using windows 8 or windows 8.1 pretty sure its 8.1

I'm on steam, and when I click "Buy Fraises" it closes the store and no window for my payment shows up. What's happening?
