This information is out of date. You don't have to take care at all.

This is being posted due to the increasing frequency of sticky ground maps:
The glitch is able to be cancelled when the following conditions are satisfied.
- The specific object has completely stopped.
- The specific object comes in contact with the sticky ground.

All movable stuff can be "the object" except your mouse.
The objects will become "sleeping" when they stop moving. This state of "sleeping"
is what is meant in the first condition of cancelling the glitch; - The specific object has completely stopped.
You can see this easily with /debug command. The sleeping objects will be shown as red circles/rectangles.

In this case the sticky ground won't break because mice can't stop on the ice.

However it will break here, where mice are able to come to a stop.

This problem has occurred in some maps we have previously reviewed. For example, these obstacles here.

Secondly, the map can be broken if it is using joints to cause the glitch.

You can now use 999e999 restitution/friction to make sticky grounds. These are much more stable.
These 999e999 grounds have to be done around (x:0, y:0) position for a reason.

-The Way-999e999 Friction
Create two grounds both with (H:10, L:10). The first ground can be kept regular. The second ground must be dynamic and 999e999 friction.

Both of these grounds must be placed at (x:0, y:0) and this will also create the glitch.
This could be manually added into the XML between your <S> parameters with this code:

Now, not only is this 999e999 way easier and simpler, it also replaces the need for any lines in the xml such as:
<L><JPL P3="0,0" P2="0,0" M2="1" P4="0,0" M1="24" /><JP M2="39" LIM1="" M1="1" AXIS="1" /></L>

Due to the increase in these types of maps we have made this announcement so that any sticky ground maps be made this way rather than any other ways. We must insist that this glitch is used as the other ones are not stable enough for us to guarantee they will always work in public.

No. We didn't reject any maps because of those problems.
