The perimission "Can change the member's perimissions" gives the power to both :
1)Change the rank of a person
2)The right to change what each rank can do.


So I was wondering would it be possible to seperate them into two different perimissions. I want the members to have the right to change the ranks of mice, but not really the right to change what each rank can do.
