lets say its a map that evreybody wants to do but the sham go afk and time go down can there be somthing that switch to the next sham so we can do the map

I really liked this idea, if the shaman is afk, instead of ending the map the next shaman would take his, it might be confusing for the newbies (?) but I still like the idea.

I'm not sure if you understood him. He meant if a shaman was afk, the next shaman would take his place.

To be honest, no, I didn't understand him. Still no support however because it seems very mundane and unnecessary to me. Plus if they wanted to add something like this they would've done it three years ago.

Haha I didn't understand him at first, either.

However my aspect of the suggestion is neutral, I do understand your point that they should've added it sooner than later if it was to be implemented in the first place, though.

What exactly would determine that the shaman is afk? If it's people in the room voting on it then the temptation for abusing it is too high. If its a countdown then you may as well just leave the current system as it is.

Even if there was a way to switch to the next shaman if the original was afk, dynamics and mechanisms on the map may have changed for the worse and mice may have already died or completed the map in that short time. You could reset the map, but then you run the risk of maps not progressing fast enough and people getting irritated at playing the same map twice or more in a row.

It's too complicated a suggestion to put in. The odd map might rarely pop up that you wished the shaman wasn't afk for, but keeping the map and shaman rotation moving constantly keeps the game interesting. You can always load maps you want to play in your tribe house of you really want to play a certain map.
