Ever had a computer that crashed and lost all your data? Or ever stored things in your tribes forum but switched tribes so you lost all that data.

Wouldnt be nice if you could have your own subforum to post everything in instead of loosing it. You can post XMLS map codes. Color codes, ETC.

If your cp crashed its cheaper to just restore your cp than it is to go get everything recoverd. So your Notepad files would be lost.

I can halfway see their point about losing a system and possibly losing Pastebin links. That's why my link to Dropbox.

There's something to avoid all of that; backups. On dvd's, usb's, etc.

And for online; Yarny, dropbox, there are plenty of other alternatives too. I don't see the need for any personal forum on tfm.

I was helping make #fithz when the other developer's computer crashed and the LUA code got lost. It would be useful for situations like this.
