Earned Easter Items now show I did not earn/have them

The yellow chick hat and rabbit earrings I no longer have, I paid for them with eggs, I do have the egg tail item, but I paid for it with fraises. I have earned every holiday/event item since 2010. I would really like my items back, since i earned them!

Unfortunately admins can't grant your items back. :/ Did you refresh your client to see if perhaps it was some weird bug with the cache?

Did that. I got done with the easter Event, was playing a lot becasue of it, took a break, came back and the items are gone. Im beyond pissed. Not to mention if they dissapeared this time, it makes me think its likely to happen again. Which isnt good and is enough reason to make many want to quit. Also I find it ridiculous that it cant be considered something to at last CHECK into.

Oh it can be considered, sure; I was just letting you know admins can't give items back (a common misconception). I've heard this happening in the past, most recently with a CFM supermod losing her Turkish hat when it first released. It's still odd nonetheless. Sorry this has happened.
