Show Record Time for Maps

I suggest that we should be able to see the records for each individual map. This way, we would have a greater aim. If we break the time, our name should be highlighted.<--At the time place.

I would only recommend this for bootcamp and racing, because it would take a long time to add for normal maps, and alot of variables.
