I think TFM should have emoticons like Skype. It would be like a smile on the chat thingo. But it only be showed if you selected it not like skype where it immeaditly does it but you can do that option as well. ;). Let me denonstrate it.

It was probably a statement.

I don't support. It would get spammy, like the people who said it above. People would spam sentences (insertstuffhere, enter. insertstuffhere, enter. etc.) and lag would happen.

I support but only if certain conditions are met to prevent spam induced lag which seems to be the most popular concern and mine as well.

I feel like if these guidelines are followed, there shouldn't be any concerns about lag:
1. Restrections to the number emoticons per sentence AND number of sentences with emoticons per amound of time.
2. Non-invasive emoticons that are relatively simple but are still obviously emoticons.
