I was in forteresse and this happened. I went to a different room, and then came back. Still the same.

i always have this problem when i join.

Probably similar to when you see mice at a spawn point? It'd help if you gave us a full screenshot.

It was only the blue team that was frozen, and nothing was in the way/no mice where there at the spawn point, just the blue people.
