I'm not sure if anyone suggested this but.. we should have one :)
Now, how is this set up correctly. Before you ask any questions, let me explain this.

1) Say you have a tribe and you want to send requests to users who DON'T have one in the room, but you don't know who are the users other then clicking and pressing if they have a tribe

Button/Tab Name: Notifications___________________________________________
Notifies:
Tribe Invitation Button/Notifier: "Notify users who don't have a tribe and if they want to join it instead"

What if someone liked a comment/commented on your Cheeseformice?
You should be notified anyway if it's a bad or good comment.

What if someone added you and they wanted you to add them but you didn't know?
Notify the user with the tab saying " Player1 has added you, would you like to add her/him? Yes, No Or Later"

A group - whisper exactly like "Tribe Chat"
Be notified that they want you in the tribe for lessons/fun/birthday/etc.
Like a little screen popup on the top that will not interrupt your game/shamming:

Notification Tab will give you all there is to give you, anything that is sent TO you.
Or any NEWS/FUR/SALE that came out!

there are a lot of DIFFERENT suggestions that don't relate to each other in one thread...and some have been suggested but I support all of them either way :)
