It seems that the cannons in survivor are moved back down the list, the way they were before the updates. But the cannons are still linked to the hotkeys 1/2/3.
It doesn't seem to be done on purpose, but if it was, my apologies.

Shaman objects panel: now, there is one left cannon on top of it and two cannons on the bottom, including right cannon. How am i supposed to use it?

(and i suggest you renaming the tread to something like "[Survivor] Cannons are misplaced", if you can)

To me all 3 the cannons are moved downwards. The down cannon, though. Is not placed next to the right and left cannon. It's placed under the ball, which is next to those two.
