I've seen others use skills such as Ambulance and Teleporter in all of the survivor rooms, but when I have the skills they do not show up as an option to use. What instead happens is that the cannon directioned towards the right is pushed to the bottom, making it even more difficult just to use survivor. It's required me to keep redistrubuting my skill points and has become quite a hassle. Anyone know a fix?

Well just scroll down to the bottem of the cannon thingys and then just use it.You can also change your hotkey moves with the skills.

Well it's hard when you try to be quick to continuously scroll to different cannons. How do you setup the hotkeys though?

The hotkeys are set up on their own. I doubt outside of third-party scripts (which are permitted btw, but I don't know if they still function) you can change them.
