ok so heres what happened.
i wanted to make my profile pic different.

my first attempt, i had 29.3 kb. it saidd that i went over 30 kb. so i try 24/26 kb. it says error.

i really want to upload my profile pic.

Yes, depending on the size of the image, you may/may not be able to load the image. There is a maximum image size. Otherwise, this might be the frequent bug we get (as listed in haruh's bootiful Avatar Cache thread) that will fix itself when the Forum's cache is cleared.
