So, that's the suggestion: a command that makes you follow a friend, for example:

/follow Friendbuddypro

(I don't even know if that's a real player)

Or just one letter, like /f.

But that would have to work only for friends that are on your friendlist and added you back. It would annoy many players if it wasn't like this!

Something like the mod's /join command would be pretty nice, yeah!

I don't really understand why you wouldn't just go to your friend-list and follow them to their new room after they've settled. If you would have to be "mutuals" for it to function... I personally wouldn't want to be dragged to a new room without warning for them to go to village or if they accidentally clicked map editor instead of shop.

It wouldn't function if they went to their tribe house anyway too.

You can always just ask them to tell you when their finished.
But I agree.
It's like when they aren't done typing to a room, you'd be following a friend who's gonna leave that room.
Like you should be patient.

Sometimes I don't bother to do it then they leave the minute I join them.

Some players take a little bit more time when going to their friendlist and then following the person and maybe they're in a situation where the friend tells them to follow, but you have to go AFK the moment they tell the person. And then when the person comes back, they completely forget to check the friend list of where they are and do /f.
There are a lot of forgetful people out there (me) and this could help them.
