Totem in Easy Mode

So.. a shaman just did totem in easy mode, he wasnt in dual shaman map either
proof:

look at his feather and totem

Did he possibly die and revive? Might be another graphical bug.

Nope, he didnt even die, he was in his spawn place and did totem

Hmmm. I'll get on and do some testing in a little and see what I can spot. I checked the user on CFM and he does have hard mode unlocked, so that rules out some new kind of spawn hack lol

The shaman looks as if he is in easy mode (look at the feather), but can spawn a totem.

The question here is if he is actually on easy but having hard mode abilities, or if the game just didn't display him in hardmode appearance when it should have.

o/ From the update today~ All shamans appear to be normal mode [single feather] even hardmode shamans. You can only see them as hardmode shamans if they die and revive which makes many maps confusing.

Totems also don't appear to spawn on co-op shaman maps.

I saw it too.

Sometimes shams are hardmode, but their feather shows easy mode. If the respawn after dieing, then it shows they're hardmode..
