i suggested this before in cheeseformice.. though it is possible, think of the lag.
oh and remember our profile pictures?
they can used to be changed, but they remove it because the image would cause lag in future.

You can put tribe banners and stuff. Maybe If you click it it should zoom in.

and If a tribe want's to have pictures of naked ladies in it's tribe house that's it's problem.
