We should be able to Enable / Disable Bubbles when we are going
to create a map , because sometimes it's very annoying .
I know my explanation sucks

It allows mice to spawn bubbles if someone dies ,
Or should it go the other way ?

Mice shouldn't be able to spawn bubbles when they die .

I'm going to not support this one. Bubbles are a shaman skill decided by the shaman if they want it or not. It's not intended for specific maps and it will ruin a lot of shaman's plans for building if some random maps have bubbles spawning but others don't, and they don't have the skill.
