Hello, I am having an issue with loading Transformice. I have extremely slow internet and there's nothing I can do about it due to where I live. It takes me about five minutes to load Transformice and the game always tells me version incorrect, not once, but every time I load the game. This problem has started ever since the "Shaman Update". The problem happens on both the stand-alone and on the browser version of transformice, and also on all type of browsers on my computer. It's not my computer because I tried loading the game on all three of my computers I own and still it says "Version Incorrect". If a Admin, Mod, or anybody could please explain to me why this happens to slow-internet users, or even possibly fix this. Thank you.

There is nothing you can do to fix this in most cases. Try clearing your cache (see below). If that doesn't fix it, try again in 30 minutes and it should work.

But if possible, do try to clear the cache on all of your PCs. Also do you use browser or standalone?

Cleared the cache on all of them, still doesn't work. I also use both browser and standalone for it.

Hmm. Do you possibly have someone in the area on the same ISP that would be willing to lend their PC briefly for a test?

Nope, I live in the swamps, it's a shame really.

I'm assuming it is given all three PCs have the issue, but the fact that it just happened to occur after a big update baffles me. ;;; I'm at a loss at this point. I'm so sorry!

In my area, it loads very quickly but sometimes it lags like crazy, the only times it will work is when I'm not in a hurry.

This is from 2013, any issues experienced now are likely unrelated.
