As you can see, there is a balloon with a rope hanging out of it but its holding nothing.
Normaly it would just come out a balloon with no rope, not a big deal I know but might as well make a thread on it.
Has anyone else seen this?

is it holding on to other bloon?

It might have been attached to a mouse or another balloon ^ Then it detached and shows the rope.

Maybe it was holding a mouse, and the mouse wanted to do /mort. Probably the balloon didn't update when the mouse did /mort.
