Maybe a user could make their own little section (like Owned or Customized) to betterly- cx- organize his or her items! Just a thought-it would be verrry useful for me :P

There are already shop sections for 'owned' and 'can customise', what do you mean?

He or She ment that you can drag items for exmaple you want an item but you have to scroll to find it, and with this suggestion you can save what you need for example...

you want the frog hat and you have alot of items just click or drag the hat to the top

Ah I see, sorry for misunderstanding it. It would be useful I suppose, although to be honest I prefer the outfits feature that's already planned, that seems far more useful and similar too.
