My suggestion is that maybe there should be a way to make a private match between 2 tribes and only those 2 tribes could join the room also there will be a score limit for the tribe scores but the tribe leaders would only be the ones able to choose the score limit. If they already agreed with the score limit both of the tribe leaders will type !start to start the match.

Actually there is a way to have a tribewar match /room *#tribewar but it's pretty ard getting first, second and third there since there too many people and sometimes makes me lag.
