This would not be good. Since you did not define everything, does this mean he can kick other mice, recruit mice when he /she is just a stooge? Also, try to put it the other way round.

I think it would be fine to have the very last member in the tribe (so no other offline members in there) to get the permissions/rank needed to rebuild the tribe. This way you save up on names. There are so many dead tribes out there already.

Correct me if I'm wrong, what you're saying is that the only one online gets full control? That would more than likely be putting power into the wrong hands. They could change the tribe house, mess with the permissions, and change the greeting at will. Then when the Spiritual Chief logged on, they would have to clean up their mess.

She means, when a tribe dies, and only one member is left, they become sc automatically.

No support because, If im a tribe leader and don't want my tribe anymore so decide to leave and let it die out slowly, I don't think some random person should be able to take control of it and be able rebuild it again. Some tribes have reputation. If the tribe leader WANTED someone to rebuild it he would give someone a rank that could do so.
