Happened to me once. I was lagging and kept on dropping down a little first when walljumping (jump delay) and then the mod thought I was fly hacking -_-
I had no idea how the ban appeals work back then so I posted a topic on the forums which, of course, got deleted.

i would never be banned by accident every time i'm banned is for being offensive so I would be reflecting on my actions...
