Sentinels can't remind some one without using warn ,
So why they don't have the ability to make them a reminder ?
Simple easy suggestion :)

reminder/notice warnings dont count against you, example:

Sending date : 05/05/13 07:16, reception date: 05/05/13 07:16, text: Someone hacked Baahm /plizz (another sentinel)

it's not gonna count against me if im muted :P
