So what will be the command or button and where will the button be to turn it off then?

If you mean turning off/on the tribe chat then /mt (mute tribe).

If you mean command for tribe spam/notifications I would say /mts (mute tribe spam)
or better yet just add it to the Spanner/wrench menu

(/support this idea no matter the command or interface XD.... hate worthless spam filling up the chat)
