Yeah but the first halloween event I missed! I want to see some of these events and try them like some other mice.

Sorry to ruin both your ideas but right now
1. we can't load the event maps with LUA which will also most likely never happen,
2. we can't make everyone shaman with LUA, which might come sooner or later, but there will certainly not be any module API update in the next 3 weeks.

The whole idea of this is for people who didnt get to do some events! WE WANT TO PLAY EM! btw... it is for ppl who didnt get to try the events.
