You must have at least 4 mice to play. Mice are split up into 2 teams. I'm not sure about coding and what could be done, but the first mouse would run to the other side of the map to collect the cheese and bring it back to the hole and once they enter the next mouse could go and so on. It's not very interesting I know, but it's 9:53 P.M. and this idea popped into my head.

or instead you could make mice wait at a certain spot on a long map until their partner reaches them, then switch to them to continue the race. That'd be pretty neat.

I'd like this better, but an addition to what you said, the mouse who has the Hammer or whatever you call it, can have the cheese.
