Mechanican skill is probably best helpers for shamaning. It gives you additional set of things to help you build.

Now,seriosly,all 3 are good.
Spiritual Chef is better for nubs.
Wind Master for speed of shaman.
And Mechanican for spawn speed.
But,my favourite one is Spiritual Chef(I'm not a nub),but,if you need saves,and everybody trolls you,the "easy victory" skill is good.
