The channels should be more like IRC
A tab that can show you the people who are online at the channel,
There would be Oper who can kick / ban people from channels or mute.
Oper - Abillity to make people Voice (Trusted / reliable) / Kick / ban / unban / mute /unmute / Colored message.
Half oper- Kick and mute.
Voice- no powers, just shows that you're trusted.
