Along with the community platform came convenient little chat tabs which can be extremely useful for getting in contact with certain groups (such as mapcrew) and discussing topics of interest (such as Lua). For this purpose, a little directory might come handy, so here is one for all of you to know where the hot spots of /chat are.


EN Chat
/chat en
Basically a chat for all of EN similar to the EN Chat Thread on forums. If you're a social butterfly you may find this a nice place to flutter about.

Help (EN)
/chat help
CFM Helpers and other helpful players may be sitting around here to answer any TFM-related questions you may have.

Mapcrew Chat
/chat mapcrew
If you have questions regarding maps, requests (NOT requesting higher perms), this may be a nice place to get in contact with map crew members who are ready to help.

Sentinel Chat
/chat sentinels
An easier way to contact sentinels who will be there and ready to help, you may find active sentinels here who will answer you without the need to try every online sentinel (who may be AFK) listed by Cfmbot.

Lua Chat
/chat lua
If you have an interest in Lua, you can chat about it here and ask questions and all of that good stuff. You may be able to find a Lua tester to run your code, but this chat should be more about Lua discussion rather than getting testers to run your code.

I'll be sitting in all of these chat rooms all the time that I'm logged on. If anyone ever needs any help with Lua, feel free to ask in the Lua channel!

That's good idea. ;D I think is needed to have /chat mods
But is not a beautiful idea, too. Cuz the mods will be totally spamed of reports.
