i can not communicate with others ....all it says is something about that i am not authorizes to speak in that server i made a new accout and the same thing came up i do not understand this pls help me
i also tried changing servers and still no use

It sounds like you're trying to talk on EN2. Only people playing from English-speaking countries like Australia, England, USA, etc. have permission to speak on that server.
