so my friend is trying to sign up and shes had to make 3 mice because each one is getting deleted??
i think theyre being deleted because:
they disappear from my list
and when she clicks forgot password it says invalid username or something like that

so?? what is going on ?/ how to stop it ??

It sounds unlikely that this would happen unless it's related to community platform issues. Do you remember their usernames?

oh that might be the problem then i dont think she used an email i asked her when she made them she said she didnt
