So many new mice today can't walljump. BACK IN MY DAY the tutorial only showed you how to run around, much less conjure things in shaman mode and walljump.

Nowadays, they have fixed the shamaning(Shamaning? Shamming? Conjuring? I don't know. ;-;) but walljumping is still an inaccesible art, unless you have a really nice pro at hand to tutor you.

And since practically all maps need walljumping to pass, a tutorial is needed for all those frustrated mice out there.

So, I think a tutorial like the one we have right now should be created, with a bot thatdoes some walljumping, and some different courses to help with walljumping with cheese, different wall jumping techniques and maybe even walljumping water.

It would really make the game much more enjoyable, for the newbies so they can live without constant rage and confusion, and the shamans, so they don't have to spirit a mouse up over that last hurdle.

I think all mice can relate to the confusion of not knowing how to get up a wall, so I hope you guys understand why this shood be implyed.

Well wall-jumping was never really supposed to be implemented, it was merely a bug that was never fixed. I don't think there should be a tutorial for something that isn't nessesary to play the game. And you can always watch the youtube video. :P

Well yes, but tutorials are for things necessary for the objective of the game, such as shamaning and cheese gathering. All sub games such as survivor and bootcamp are for more experienced players who are familiar with the basics, and no longer need the tutorials.

P1, P3, P5, P9, P10, P17 all walljump needed a lot of the time, I'd like a walljump tutorial it would be kinda neat /support

Support, it's used so much and don't you guys dare pull the "it was never meant to be" card because that's a load of bs and you know it. Everyone uses it at least once every three maps so who cares if it wasn't supposed to be in the game, it is now and people need to learn it so a good tutorial would be awesome.

walljumping is a glitch of the mechanic that prevents flying. When you stand on a ground you're supposed to get a jump. However, when you hit the side of the ground it thinks your standing on it. Originally transformice was supposed to be a game where the shamans actually do shit because every map would be a shaman map.The admins probbably hardly know how to walljump as they spend there time coding the game rather than playing it.

The community is currently so fucked up as to not accept people who don't walljump, However there once was a time when if you could walljump you were a pro.

If you really want to learn than just look at the other people and do what they do. I learned in about a week.

I don't understand how you can learn to walljump by watching the people. I tryed doing it, and like most first attempts, you end up flat on your butt. The key thing that prevented me from walljumping was the fact that i couldn't see or find the keys that were right. The only way I learned was when i was stuck in a funnel of chocolate and jumped from wall to wall.

You might be able to learn, but if everyone else could, everyone would know how to walljump.

Besides, we already are embracing walljumping. It's everywhere, not only in bootcamp maps. I'm sure some mice would like to have a little independence, and not have to wait for the sham to build a ramp up.

Shamans still have a purpose. We can't fly, and we can't bust open walls. A walljump tutorial would simply make the experience more enjoyable.

There are tutorials on youtube if you are a really slow learner.

Really? Wow, now I feel bad. I never found it. XD And about people getting angry? Well people already get angry about people not knowing how to sham. Besides, the tutorial is at the start and is mandatory, so the only excuse you have is being a troller. If they still don't get it, they can replay the tutorial.
