HI ESTINE. Yeah it seems walljumping is a bit harder for me also. But the game has also been really laggy lately. But maybe they made the cheese heavier also.

It's exactly the same than days before xD, It's probably that your comp is getting slower or something like that

I don't think it's gotten harder or even changed at all but at the sametime I do feel like I've been failing walljumping more and more lately. It always looks like you can hit the ground perfectly and still it ends up not registering sometimes.

I'm not sure.. I want to say somethings changed but if something really has it's really minor and most haven't noticed.

Hmm... Not for me. Everything still seems the same.
You are probably experiencing a minor amount of extra lag from all the new updates; that is my best guess.

Your mouse weighs more with cheese, so you will have to make your walljumps narrower, and closer to the wall.
Or you can use the up left right walljump, althought its slightly unreliable, rather than the traditional left up right.

It’s not for me, it’s much harder now. Plus: the game freezes all the time

For me it hasn't really changed that much, I just fail every now and then like always

..But that's just me

Before the big graphics update I used to get a lot of firsts in racing simply by not failing the wj. I'd go slower, and most of the time whoever was ahead of me would fail the wj in a rush at some point and I'd take the lead. Since then and the updates that followed it's been harder to do it consistently, which I attribute in part to my aging laptop trying to keep up with the growing game.

The options to disable clothes/particles helped a bit, but unfortunately by that point I had lost a lot of interest in playing.

It's been harder for me too.... I've gotten a new keyboard with stickier keys and it's a bit easier, it seems like I get more grip on the wall but that could just be my superstitions...

These keyboards are my favorite for ALL gaming. It's the keyboard I would reccomend.

Although I haven't been experiencing any difficulty

Ahhhh backlit keyboards I love them so. I remember when a friend Rosemarie taught me to wj with cheese back in 2010. I sucked so bad because I was on a mini acer with a tiny keyboard.

My wj has gotten better. Really. I mean, my mac does freeze sometimes, but usually not when I'm wjing. At any rate my cheesejump has improved due to me playing a lot, but I don't think they made cheese heavier.

I cant even wj cause my comp lags so much.

Well, I can't really wj but for me I don't think it was updates. It's my keyboard. Mine is usually up on keys but my new one is near bottom for me so it's harder

I was about to make a post about how this was actually something I've recently experienced when I realized this thread is from 2013.
