Glitched tribe.

I somehow got my hands on a haunted/really GLITCHED out tribe.
I deleted it, but it still says I'm in a tribe, and I can still edit the tribe but I can't invite people or leave.

Is there anyway for me to fix this at all?

This sounds like it might be due to server lag or part of the community platform, but I'll move it to bugs just in case.
