Last Sunday I bought a new computer and since then the standalone is not working here on my pc... And I also can't play on the site "transformice.com". Do you know whats is happening? Are you guys work on server or something like that? My internet is good, I play other games heavier than transformice without a problem. I have 3 computers at home and none of them transformice is working... I was trying to play on the computer of my father's company and is also not working when connected (in the site) gets a SUPER LAG. Can someone help me?

Was it working on your other PC? What exactly happens when you try to open the game too? Can you give details?

Yes, all of them remains at 0%. The only way I could play was on the website, but even then I couldn't play. Because, I was in a alone room and neither my totem loads when I use it. And when I was in a room with players, the "mouses" came running and then disappeared and I was alone in the room, the other players were all falling... :(

That is pretty odd, I must say. It smacks of an internet issue to be quite frank though. Are you running Windows or Mac or Linux?

If you're using a standalone, or Internet Explorer, and the game is stuck on 0%, try the following:
1. Open Internet Explorer (No add-on preferably).
2. Press Alt to see the tool tab.
3. Press file, then uncheck "Working offline" criteria.
