I might get it wrong but are you participating and being the judge at the same time? I don't think that works well together. You might want to explain how to participate (since you just told the person above that they need to sign up, while they posted the picture as you requested), you could prepare some prizes to attract people and explaining the judging system wouldn't be a bad thing either. Adding these in could help you a bit. Good luck though (:
