Please explain you situation more. What happened when you entered the hole? Did you ever actually get into the hole? Did you disconnect afterwards? Did you get into the hole but not actually get cheese? Thank you!

This happened to me before, it's just your internet is lagging a lot. Unless you don't have cheese. You need cheese to go in the hole.
