I don't think it's necessary, personally. If a user spawns enough boxes/anvils/etc that cause you to lag, report them for crash and leave the room. That's the only time I could see it needed.

Don't you think shaman items can lag more than grounds?

Just think about a large build, not someone spamming items. It can have more than 20 items spawned by shaman
