Threads Watched

So I have this suggestion, where like, since the Forum Search Bar is to be implemented but not as of yet, we would be able to tag certain threads if we were watching them or not.

For example, if you wanted to watch your thread, you could tick it as WATCHED beside the title and:
1. you would recieve a notifiction whenever someone else posts, quotes you or the thread gets locked.
2. you could open a list of watched threads when you click on your picture like your sanctions and be able to visit it from there.
3. the thread would always be located in between the stickied threads and the regular threads of a specific subforum but colored gold.
4. you would still be able to turn off its notifications and/or tick it as UNWATCHED.
