/Report - Find out if you already reported the user

When reporting someone it would be nice to know if you already reported that user
It should only tell you that when a moderator didn't look at it yet.

That's all.

Forum:

I don't actually think there's any harm in reporting it more than once if you're not sure if you already reported something. It also does tell you when a moderator has looked at it and the report was handled.

If you try reporting a post and a moderator has looked at it but no apparent action was given, instead of "Report", it will say "Reported and dealt with" in its place.

I think it would be handy, imo. It's pretty embarrasing to report twice, 'specially with these stern sents these days *-*
