Revives are called ambulance and can be bought with points though not for all dead mice. Reviving all dead mice would be horrible since
1) It ruins the point of dying
2) It takes a lot more time to complete the map
and probably a lot more other reasons

As Kattiej mentioned, considering you buy the amount of mice you can revive with points, you'd have to spend 30 points on it or something if this was implemented. No support.
