Should Revive skill be replaced with something else?

While I do like Revive I think it should be removed.
The reason is everyone now yells/spams REVIVE/ reviveeeeee. Etc. anytime they die, Even if the shaman does not have revive or can not use the skill. Mostly because they don't pay attention to either the level or tree they took. Even when the shaman does revive they keep spamming.
Now I know there is an ignore button but that still won't stop them.

So does everyone else think the revive skill should be removed and replaced with something else?

It doesn't even show the correct tree above my head. I have redistributed a few times for the sole reason of getting the wind master picture above my head, and I still show up as SG.

Voteban is a mighty weapon in your arsenal, and ignore also solves your problem does it not?

no, don't change a wonderful skill just cos some people expect it all the time. I -stll- get people going "SP SP SP!!! JUST EFFING SP ME SHAM!!!" when i'm in the middle of a long hardmode build, it's exactly the same. and yes, i have revive, and sometimes i'll just not revive after people throw themselves down a hole then ask for it just to spite them :P

That could be due to you having more points in the SP guide section than the WM section.

No. Bubbles should.

I understand that it's annoying when people beg for the skill to be used, but why completely remove the skill because of that? I find it to be pretty useful, and I'd hate to see it replaced or removed.

The revive skill should be removed in survivor, imo. But that's all.
What's the point in survivor if you don't survive, then get revived ?

I had the same problem when I had 0 points in SG lol

Also as a comment on the whole bubbles thing:
You have the choice to get the skill. You have the choice to jump on the bubble.
If they cause you problems it's your own fault.

Revive shouldn't be removed because of annoying spammers, otherwise you should say the same for "SP", "Bloon", "CN", etc. Just ignore them or have the room vote ban them if they get too annoying, as Tomdizzy said.

Anyway, I think it should NOT be removed just because some people say "rev" or "revive".

Well thread got revived so we can't do anything

Revive should not be removed, I use it for vanilla farms.

Ignore button exists. Finding it annoying how people spam "REVIVE REVIVE REVIVE SHAM NOW REVIVE ME NOW OR ELSE" ignore them, it isn't hard. It will only cause more problems if the skill is removed or replaced just because of a few people who constantly spam about it. Besides, it's a very useful skill. Saves time, cheese, and saves.
