Needs ice cubes to be used only when there is less than 00:20 on the clock. Seriously, im tired of someone freezing me when I am about to get to goal. Also, should be allowed to freeze when sham is dead, even without the skill Ancestral Spirit. That would be helpful.

I agree with first part about the time but I am against the second. When sham is alive they can use the ice cubes to freeze trolls and afkers.

Sometimes sham is troll, kills mice for no reason or because hates mice.

Trolling is part of the game, you just can't stop that

Sorry but I think this would undermine the purpose of ice block and not be effective. Here are my reasons:

1. Ice block was intended to speed up rounds. If you have mice stalling for time, the clock can be at 1 minute or more, with all of the mice in the hole except for the trolls. With your suggestion, ice block couldn't be used to get rid of those stallers until 0:20. So they would achieve their goal of wasting time.

2. If shamans want to troll and kill you, there are many other ways they can do it. Restricting ice block won't stop a shaman from blocking the hole and shooting cannons at you!

I do, however, support restricting ice block in a different situation: when the shaman is dead on a map with 2 shamans. In this situation I've seen many shamans use ice block to troll out of spite, and never to kill stalling mice. I made a thread about that here:
