Hello artists!

As some of you might know, I'm part of the LUA team. This means that I have the ability to program minigames for people to play.
I'm currently working on a big project with an RPG style of play, however, I'm not much of an artist! This is where you come in.

I am giving you the oppertunity to design sprites for the game, and the winning sprites will be added as actual monsters to this game! That means that everyone on TFM will be able to see the creations you've made!

Now for the info, at the moment i'm using a couple of sprites I made myself and a couple of test sprites.

... I'm not an artist and this isn't enough to fill an entire minigame!

Your job is to create a sprite, or multiple sprites (for movement animation; eg: standing still / walking)
Max image size = 50x50 pixels!!!
When you create a monster, please keep in mind that this is a game with a generally young audience, so please no offensive images/gore.

I will be the judge of this competition, for I decide which of the monsters will be good enough to be added to the minigame.

You can select a style for your monster. It can be anything but I suggest to use one of the following:
Daylight, cave, desert, dark, scary, cute

The images should be png, have a transparent background and be uploaded to imgur

Form of submission:
- image
- style
- size

Example:
- image :

- style : scary
- size : 40x30

The contest will end when the minigame launches! Until then you can post as much monsters as you want! (So, multiple entries! Woohoo)
I will announce the winners, along with their monsters, when the minigame gets launched.

UPDATE
You can test your (and other) monsters in room #tfmrpg
Press spacebar to spawn a monster, use a command with someones name to change the monster and press spacebar to spawn it.

Eg:
!Fierying
*press spacebar*

Ooh this sounds fun. Just one question, by multiple images do you mean just of the same one for like animations and stuff or can you submit multiple sprites/monsters?

With multiple images I indeed mean for animations, like a sprite for "standing still", and 2 animation sprites for "walking". Not much more than those 2 though

Also you do not need to actually animate them, I will do that. I need 1 or more loose images

yea I am aware of the themes in the OP. I just wanted to get more of an idea of how it would work, but I can deal with what I'm given
