Relog and it will appear.

when you got save 1000 then go exit browser and come back (: that help

I have 4056 saves in normal and 2171 saves in difficult and hard work got my totem not, must be a bug too

If you mean that your totem doesn't work or so, be aware of the fact that redistributing points will reset your totem.
If that's not the problem than I'm not too sure about it either.

when i got 1000 saves i did not get the feather either but i logged out and logged back in again and it was there

All's you ned to do is relog.
Same thing happened to me.
