Can't redistribute skill points?

Okay so I've tried on standalone, browser etc, & I can't redistribute my points. It gives me the wait 10 minutes message regardless of how long I wait. Also, I'm level 71.

Did you just log in?

Nope, also I;'ve been logged on for about an hour & tried it again & it still gives me the same thing.

This has happened to me before and when it told me this I earned some more cheese tried again and it worked

yes im level 73 and i had the same problem.... it still happens but at random times it lets me redistribute. It's wierd
