I don't know if it intentional, but the new permanet FPS60 causes the regularly slow and calm arrow animation to to warp drive arrow speed. Intentional or not, I find it quite ugle :I

Essiently, it was intentional, as the previous frame rate was 36, so 60 is rougly 2/3s faster, including emotes and items.
