when i try to talk on english2 it always says "You are not authorized to speak on this server" and its very annoying because i cant talk

The EN2 server is strictly for english speakers only. Only people from countries that have English as their national language can talk on this server. If Transformice senses that you're not from one of these countries (I'm pretty certain that they can tell from your IP) that doesn't have english as their primary language, the server will prevent you from talking on EN2.
