So recently i reset my skils desperate for my wings but when i got it and held down up it didnt work ;w; what would cause this

I guess that when you reset your skills , all of your skills and points from that tree will disappear and go back until you either choose another skill tree or spend your points in the WM skill tree.

If you really have that skill and it didn't work, you probably didn't hold up long enough, or there was some delay to it, which can happen occasionally if you have a somewhat slow computer/internet connection and you tried to use wings while falling rather than jumping.

Your best option would be to jump, but continue holding up instead of just tapping or pressing up again AFTER jumping. Basically, you just need to hold the up arrow (or W if you use WASD) while you're jumping, and you'll be able to use your wings without any problems. If you're in the air and you've already used your jump, they might not work right away.
